The CCS Board of Trustees holds its public work session on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 6pm at 535 James Hance Court in Exton, PA. An additional public work session will be held on the 3rd Thursday of each month from 6 to 7pm.  The Board's monthly public meeting is held on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 7pm at 535 James Hance Court in Exton, PA.  Changes to the above schedule are posted on our monthly CCS calendars and/or in the weekly CCS Newsletter and if necessary, advertised in the Daily Local News.  Meeting cancellations are posted on this website.  If you would like to know about agenda items in advance of a meeting, please email ccsboard@ccs.us. CCS families, employees and community members are encouraged to attend the meetings and take an active role in the school.

Meet the Collegium Charter School Board of Trustees 

Mr. Viktor OhnjecMr. Viktor Ohnjec,
CCS Board of Trustees President

Viktor was elected to the Board in June 2008 and has been part of CCS's Science Fair Committee since 2002. Viktor has 25+ years of experience in management and technology. He is President & CEO of M2VP, Inc. - a West Chester-based technology strategy and executive advisory company. Mr. Ohnjec has been chairperson of various industry groups and boards including the West Chester Cycling Club, the Chester County Challenge for Cancer, the Iron Hill Twilight Criterium, the West Chester Area YMCA, the Greater Philadelphia Senior Executive Group, Pedaling4Paws and the Object Management Group. He lives in West Chester, PA with wife Leslie and his two daughters, Collegium-graduate, Marisa and Collegium student, Julianna. He is an avid cyclist.

Mrs. Stephanie Deak McCullough Mrs. Stephanie Deak McCullough,
CCS Board of Trustees Secretary

Stephanie joined the Board of Trustees of Collegium Charter School in August of 2009. She is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Human Development and Family Services. Stephanie is anticipating graduation from Immaculata University with her teaching certifications in Elementary and Special Education in addition to a Masters in Educational Leadership in 2010. Stephanie has worked in the mental health field for over ten years and currently is the Education Transition Coordinator for the Devereux Mapleton School Programs in Malvern. Stephanie lives in Downingtown with her husband John and their daughter Alison.

Mrs. Sherry Pryor Ms. Sherry Pryor,
CCS Board of Trustees Vice President

Sherry was elected to the Board in October of 2006. She attended Shippensburg University and graduated in 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and a minor in Psychology. In 2002, she graduated from West Chester University with a Master's degree in Health Care Administration. In 2009, Sherry graduated from Widener School of Law with a Masters of Jurisprudence in Health Law and is currently working on her Doctor of Laws in Health Law. Sherry is currently employed by The Devereux Foundation in the Utilization Management department. She works as a liaison between the clinical team and funding agencies for adolescents placed in the Residential Treatment Facility in Malvern. Sherry has two children who attend CCS, Ryan and Sydney. In her free time, Sherry enjoys creating scrapbooks and journals for her children. Sherry coaches lacrosse at USTC and volunteers as a CCS Lacrosse Coach.

Ms. Tracey Laws Ms. Tracey Laws,
CCS Board of Trustees Member
Tracey Laws, elected to the Board of Trustees of Collegium Charter School in October 2008, lives in Coatesville with her daughter and Collegium student, Amanda. Tracey works for Citadel Federal Credit Union, where she holds the position of Executive Assistant. Being very involved in Collegium sponsored activities and events is very important to her. Along with a degree in Business and Fashion, she has recently started her own business, BABY Phood, which specializes in unique infant gifts. Tracey is very active in her community and held the President's position of her community's Home Owners Association for five years. Being a former Philadelphia Eagles' Cheerleader makes her a diehard Eagles fan. In her free time, Tracey enjoys traveling, crafts, and spending time with her family.

Farris McCrimmon

Mr. Farris McCrimmon,
CCS Board of Trustees Treasurer

Farris McCrimmon lives in Caln Township with his wife, daughter and son. Farris is an employee of The McClearn Group in which he is the Executive VP of Sales and Consulting through which he has managed as many as 100 people at one time. He graduated from King's College with a Degree in Business Administration. He also received his MBA from Regis University in 2011 and is currently working towards a Doctorate in Business Administration. A native of New York, Farris is a devout Yankees fan. In his spare time he enjoys sports, interacting with his family and traveling.

Mr. Chris Finnin Mr. Chris Finnin,
CCS Board of Trustees Member

Chris Finnin was elected to the Board in October of 2011.  He is Clinical Associate Professor and Director of General Business Studies at Drexel University's LeBow College of Business.  He teaches Introduction to Business as well as Social Entrepreneurship and is responsible for curriculum development & design for freshman business courses at LeBow.  Chris was the 2010 recipient of Drexel University's prestigious Barbara G. Hornum Award for Teaching Excellence and the 2009 Teaching Excellence Award in the LeBow College of Business. He attended Kutztown University of PA and graduated with a degree in Marketing.  In addition, he earned a MBA from Eastern University and Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Villanova University. He lives in East Fallowfield with his wife Jenn, and  son Jake.

Mrs. Nicole AndersonMrs. Nicole Anderson,
CCS Board of Trustees Member
Nicole was elected to the Board in December 2012. She has over 15 years of operational experience and is currently the Sr. Client Relationship Manager at Agilyst.  She is a graduate of Temple University’s Fox School of Business with a BA in International Business and Finance and LaSalle University with a MBA in Management. Nicole is an advocate for the telecommunications industry, education, and diversity and inclusion and has held several leadership roles on various boards. She currently serves as an officer of the Temple University Alumni Association and on several fundraising committees for non-profit and political campaigns. She lives in Downingtown with her husband, Caswell and their two children, Devon and Amryl.

Mrs. Nicole AndersonMs. Sehr Rana,
CCS Board of Trustees Member
Sehr was elected to the Board of Trustees in December of 2012. She holds a J.D. from the Wake Forest University School of Law. Currently, she is working towards completing an LL.M. in Tax at Temple University School of Law with an anticipatedgraduation in 2014. Sehr practiced corporate law after graduation from law school, but is now focusing on raising her family. She also manages her husband's medical practice. Sehr is also involved in Development in Literacy, an education oriented initiative that operates schools throughout Pakistan to educate underprivileged children, especially girls. She also enjoys running. Sehr lives in Downingtown with her husband, Asim, and her son, Ibrahim, who also attends Collegium.

July Meetings

There will be no meetings of the Board during July 2013.  Meetings resume in August.

Board Meeting

The Board will hold four public work sessions during the 2013-2014 school year on the following Sundays from 1-4pm: September 22, 2013, December 8, 2013, March 9, 2014 & May 18, 2014.  The location of all meetings will be the Library on the 2nd floor of 535 James Hance Court, Exton, PA.
