Food Service

The Collegium Food Service Department serves breakfast and lunches in our four buildings.  Collegium participates in the Federal Free and Reduced Meal Program.  As such, there are specific nutritional standards we are required to meet.  Additionally, we are required to provide grade level ranges (K-6, 7-8, & 9-12) with different portion sizes that meet different nutritional standards.  A la carte items are available for purchase during lunch periods for grades 7-12.  Questions about our Food Service program should be directed to Mr. Mike Ely, Food Service Manager, at or 610-903-6371.

Our Food Service Department appreciates when families use, a web-based application, for making payments to their children's Food Service accounts.  Families can make an online payment up until midnight from their checking or savings account and have deposits made for the very next day into all of their children’s Food Service accounts. Families can go online and view what their children have eaten over the last 30 days. Families can also check account balances and request an automatic email notification for low account balances.

In order to access this online feature, visit and follow the prompts to create a Parent Account. You will need to know your child’s birth date and student ID, otherwise known as their lunch PIN. Ask your child, they’ll know. It takes less than ten minutes to set up – quick and simple!  Student records are updated nightly and all transactions occur over secure connections. If you have questions, please contact Mrs. Allen at or 610-903-1300, ext. 6308.
