BSC Registration For 2024-2025
Before-School Care (BSC) registration for the 2024 -2025 school year begins Monday, April 15 at 9:00am, and ends on Friday, May 31 at 3:00 pm. Families that successfully complete and submit their 2024 -2025 BSC registration materials before the May 31st deadline will be notified of their registration status via email message by Tuesday, June 4th.
Registration materials received after Friday, May 31st, will be reviewed and processed on a first-come, first-served basis for program registration or waiting list placement (depending on availability). Typically, it can take up to ten (10) business days to review, process, and confirm program registration status information.
In order to reserve space for your child(ren), please do the following:
#1. Complete the online registration form.
#2. Pay the non-refundable registration fee – $30.00 per child or $50.00 per family.
#3. Pay the August 2024 tuition: $200.00 per child.
Please submit fees to the attention of Ms. LaNae Horsey, 435 Creamery Way, Suite 300, Exton, PA 19341. Fees must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the BSC student(s) first and last names indicated on the front. Fees must be paid-in-full prior to a student beginning in the program or before a child can be placed on the BSC waiting list.
The 2024 -2025 BSC registration fee is not applied to the August 2024 tuition and it is non-refundable. Full monthly tuition is due per child regardless of the number of days your child(ren) attends. Monthly tuition rates are adjusted rates as they have been divided out equally over an 11-month period to cover the entirety of the 2024 -2025 school year. Monthly tuition is not adjusted for weather-related delays or emergency school closings.
Confirmation of registration will be provided via email. Once registration is confirmed, the August 2024 monthly tuition is non-refundable unless Collegium is able to fill your child’s space in the program with another student. If we cannot fill the space, the monthly tuition will not be refunded.
Program Information for 2024-2025
1. Registration fee of $30.00 per child or $50.00 per family.
2. Students must be registered in advance of their first day at BSC.
3. 2024 -2025 BSC tuition is $200 per child, per month.
4. Arrival/drop-off for registered BSC students as early as 6:30am.
5. BSC is open from 6:30am until 7:30am, but BSC drop off ends promptly at 7:25am.
6. Monthly tuition rates are divided out equally over the 11 month school year period*.
7. Breakfast options are offered at no additional cost.
8. Organized play centers and activities are offered.
9. BSC is available to CCS students in grades K to 6.
*Monthly tuition is not adjusted for emergency and/or weather-related delays or closings.
Daily Schedule
6:30 – 6:45am: Quiet Play Activities
6:45 – 7:00am: Breakfast*
7:00 – 7:25am: Group Play Activities
7:25 – 7:30am: Dismissal Preparations
*Although this is the designated serving time for breakfast, it will still be available to children who arrive after 7:00am.
Registered BSC students are supervised by BSC staff from 6:30am until 7:30am. When BSC ends at 7:30am, students are escorted to their designated buildings. They are then supervised by CCS staff until being dismissed to their homeroom classrooms at 8:00am. Students not registered for BSC are able to arrive as early as 7:30am via the Parent Drop-Off Line or their assigned school bus.
