Calendars

Collegium follows a 6-day rotating schedule for all students. This type of schedule helps reduce the effects of scheduling changes on classes that do not meet daily. For example, instead of your child's schedule going from Monday to Friday, he/she will have a schedule for each of the following: Day-1, Day-2, Day-3, Day-4, Day-5 and Day-6. The “Days” will be published in the weekly newsletter.

Our school day, office hours, and early dismissal hours are posted to the right.

Notes:

1. Regular school attendance is very important, especially during the beginning of the school year. Therefore, Collegium does not approve requests for "pre-approved absences" (vacations, etc.) during the first two weeks of school (August 15th until and including August 26th), during PSSA testing, or during exams.
2. PSSA Reading/Math Testing Dates (Grades 3 – 8 & 11): April 8-19, 2013
   PSSA Writing Testing Dates (Grades 5, 8, & 11): March 11-15, 2013
   PSSA Science Testing Dates (Grades 4, 8, & 11): April 22-26, 2013
   The dates are the "windows" of testing time determined by the PA Department of Education. As the dates approach, specific testing dates/times will be set by CCS.
3. For faculty and staff: We will incorporate in-service programs throughout the school year by extending some regularly scheduled faculty meetings and adding faculty meetings.
