New Student Enrollment

To be placed on our mailing lists for future school years, please send an email to the appropriate mailing list option below and include the word "subscribe" in your subject line.  Please note: the mailing lists differ from enrollment waiting lists.  Joining a mailing list will allow Collegium to contact your family via email regarding enrollment updates for the year(s) you select; it does not place your child on a waiting list.  More information related to the waiting lists is available in the FAQs section.

Trouble with the email link(s)?  Simply copy/paste the mailing list email address for use with your preferred email client.

Important Dates* For New Student Enrollment

December 1, 2012 (Saturday) – Enrollment Open House from 8:30am until noon.  We welcome all prospective families to attend this event, tour our 500 Building, speak with CCS faculty & staff, and learn why CCS is The Smart Choice in Public Education.

December 3, 2012 (Monday) – The 2013-2014 New Student Enrollment Materials will be posted on the Collegium website. Completed enrollment materials are due to Collegium by 12 noon on Thursday, January 10, 2013 for inclusion in the Enrollment Lottery. Collegium must receive the completed materials back by January 10, 2013 at 12 noon to be included in the Enrollment Lottery.  Late/incomplete materials will not be included in the Enrollment Lottery.

December 21, 2012 – January 1, 2013 – CCS is closed for our annual Winter Break.  Phone calls and email messages will be returned after we re-open on January 2nd.  Due to the anticipated volume of telephone and email contacts, please be patient as you await a response.

January 10, 2013 at 12 noon (Thursday) – Completed new student enrollment materials are due to Collegium by 12 noon.  Exceptions to the deadline (January 10, 2013 at 12 noon) will not be considered. Whenever possible, Collegium will attempt to contact families to alert them of their inaccurate or incomplete enrollment material submission.  This contact will be attempted only one (1) time using a family's preferred method of communication.  Families provide their preferred method of communication on the Enrollment Submission Form within the enrollment materials.  Additionally, Collegium does not guarantee this notification during the week of any enrollment deadline.  Exceptions to any enrollment deadline will not be considered.  A student will not be enrolled or placed on a waiting list while their materials remain incomplete.  Please do not wait until the last minute to begin the new student enrollment process.

January 18, 2013 (Friday) – Enrollment Lottery at 10:00am.  Incomplete materials will not be considered for the Enrollment Lottery.  New families will only be notified via U.S. mail regarding their child’s enrollment status (either enrolled or placed on the waiting list), for 2013-2014.  Enrollment status information will not be provided via email message or telephone conversation.  Notification will occur during the week of February 4, 2013.

After January 18, 2013 - 2013-2014 New Student Enrollment materials will continue to be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis for enrollment or wait list placement (depending upon availability).

*Dates provided and the enrollment process are subject to change. Changes will be posted on the Collegium website. Please review the website for up-to-date information.
