ASC Registration For 2025-2026

After-School Care (ASC) registration for the 2025-2026 school year begins Wednesday, April 23rd at 9:00am, and ends on Friday, May 30th at 3:00 pm. Families that successfully complete and submit their 2025-2026 ASC registration materials before the May 30th deadline will be notified of their registration status via email message by Thursday, June 6th

Registration materials received after Friday, May 30th, will be reviewed and processed on a first-come, first-served basis for program registration or waiting list placement (depending on availability). Typically, it can take up to ten (10) business days to review, process, and confirm program registration status information.

In order to reserve space for your child(ren), please do the following:

#1. Complete the online registration form.
#2. Pay the non-refundable registration fee – $30.00 per child or $50.00 per family.
#3. Pay the August 2025 tuition: $365.00 per child.

Please submit fees to the attention of Ms. LaNae Horsey, 456 Creamery Way, Suite 100, Exton, PA 19341. Fees must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the ASC student(s) first and last names indicated on the front. Fees must be paid-in-full prior to a student beginning in the program or before a child can be placed on the ASC waiting list.

The 2025-2026 ASC registration fee is not applied to the August 2025 tuition and it is non-refundable. Full monthly tuition is due per child regardless of the number of days your child(ren) attends. There is no additional charge for care on scheduled early dismissal days. Monthly tuition rates are adjusted rates as they have been divided out equally over an 11 month period to cover the entirety of the 2025-2026 school year. Monthly tuition is not adjusted for weather-related delays or emergency school closings.

Confirmation of registration will be provided via email. Once registration is confirmed, the August 2025 tuition is non-refundable unless Collegium is able to fill your child’s space in the program with another student. If we cannot fill the space, the August tuition will not be refunded.

Program Information For 2025-2026

1. ASC is available to CCS students in grades K to 8 from 3:00pm – 5:00pm (5th – 8th) and from 3:45pm-6:00pm (K-4th)
2. Registration fee of $30.00 per child or $50.00 per family.
3. Students must be registered in advance of their first day at ASC.
4. Monthly tuition rates are divided equally over the 11-month school year period*.
5. Snacks are provided at no additional cost.
6. No additional fee charged for CCS scheduled early dismissal days for families registered full-time.
7. ASC staff assist students during their designated homework time.
8. Organized play centers and activities are offered.
*Monthly tuition is not adjusted for emergency and/or weather-related delays or closings.

K-4 Daily Schedule*

3:45 – 4:10pm:  Dismissal from Classrooms
4:10 – 4:30pm:  Seated Free-Play
4:30 – 5:00pm:  Homework & Enrichment Activities
5:00 – 5:15pm:  Snack
5:15 – 5:45pm:  Grade Level Free-Play
5:45 – 6:00pm:  Dismissal Preparations & Parent Pick-Up

3:00 – 3:15pm: Student Arrival

4:50 – 5:00pm: Dismissal Preparations & Parent Pick-Up
