Collegium currently fields interscholastic athletic teams for our students in grades 7-12, who compete in the PIAA, District 1, and Bicentennial Athletic League (BAL).

Middle School Winter Sport Registration*

If you played a fall sport this school year, follow this link to complete your Re-certification and Registration:

If you have not yet had your sports physical for this school year (must be AFTER May 1) please have the physician complete the PIAA Section 6 at your appointment. This is the form you must upload during Registration for a school sport.
