Collegium currently fields interscholastic athletic teams for our students in grades 7-12, who compete in the PIAA, District 1, and Bicentennial Athletic League (BAL).

Middle School Winter Sport Registration*

Please choose carefully from the following two options:

1. If you played a fall sport this school year, follow this link to complete your Re-certification and Registration: MS Winter Recertification
2. If you did not play a fall sport, follow this link to complete your PIAA Physical and Registration: MS Winter PIAA Physical and Registration

If you have not yet had your sports physical for this school year (must be AFTER May 1) please have the physician complete the PIAA Section 6 at your appointment. This is the form you must upload during Registration for a school sport.
